Automatically start a LiveChat session

Triggers can be setup to automatically perform actions.  To setup triggers visit your LiveChat settings and then click Triggers.

Note:This is a simple but *powerful* feature – you can even have triggered messages automatically look like they are coming from a specific Agent, in effect making them responsible for certain types of leads etc…


Examples of this include:

  1. Offering a discount to sign up for a service when someone lingers for say 30 seconds on your payment page and hasn’t clicked yet.
  2. Asking if anyone needs help as soon as they click into your website’s contact page.
