Triggers can be setup to automatically perform actions. To setup triggers visit your LiveChat settings and then click Triggers.
Note:This is a simple but *powerful* feature – you can even have triggered messages automatically look like they are coming from a specific Agent, in effect making them responsible for certain types of leads etc…
Examples of this include:
- Offering a discount to sign up for a service when someone lingers for say 30 seconds on your payment page and hasn’t clicked yet.
- Asking if anyone needs help as soon as they click into your website’s contact page.
